Rev. Marcharkelti McKenzie is a licensed local Pastor working towards her ordination as an Elder in the United Methodist Church with the North Carolina Conference.  She graduated from Gammon Theological Seminary at the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) in Atlanta, Georgia in 2019.

Grant writing skills are in demand and valuable to anyone working in non-profits seeking grants or government contracts. This workshop provides an introduction to the grant seeking process including an overview of the essential administrative functions for grant acquisition, types of funding sources, prospect research, cultivation of funders, breakdown of budgets, the anatomy of a grant, examining examples, and preparing a proposal concept.
